Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation (for COD orders, after order verification). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 5-12 business days across India. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free.
  
• A small extra fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders.

Payment Options
We offer Prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. COD orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch. Orders that can’t be verified may be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and reachable. If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or a refused COD parcel, we may charge the shipping cost before reshipping, and we may restrict COD for future orders.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address and pin code before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Multiple Items
Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please record an unboxing video as described in our Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
